Challenge for 2012

Sometimes I take up the torch of a good challenge.  Why?  I find when I'm sinking into the cold weather of winter, I have a harder time becoming motivated.  I chose to participate in the challenge, create something for someone during 2012.  Here are the details:

Pay It Forward 2012
"I promise to make something handmade for the first five     people who comment. They must in turn post this and make something for the first five who comment on their status.
*The rules are it has to be handmade by you, and they must receive it before 2012 ends.*
*** It can be something as simple a making a friend a cup of coffee. ***"

It was intended to be a viral Facebook challenge.  It has yet to proceed as viral, but alas, I signed on for five creative projects, that will take me out of my comfort zone.  One down and four to go.

I now feel a little guilty for creating such a sad piece.  Regina is a therapist working with patients who need help, a gloomy painting on the wall hardly helps anyone feel joy.  I am hoping it doesn't end up in her office.
